Julia Heinrichs, DDS
Dr. Julia Heinrichs is nationally recognized for her work in dentistry and public health and is a trusted published author and speaker on teledentistry.
She received her DDS with honors from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry before opening her own practice where she specialized in prosthodontics, TMJ treatment and conscious sedation.
Dr. Heinrichs has received numerous honors,including Consumer Reports' Top Dentists in America Award and Cambridge's Who's Who Recognition. Recently she was named one of the 15 Most Influential Women by the Joplin Tri-State Business Journal.
Dr. Heinrichs is a practicing professor of oral pathology and a consultant in dental research and insurance.

Dr. Edward Mensah is the director and a professor of the public health informatics program at the School of Public Health, University of Illinois at Chicago. He also serves as a subject matter expert in the development of value propositions for public health informatics projects at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Dr. Mensah is the founding editor of the Online Journal of Public Health Informatics, a visiting professor at the Department of Business Economics at the University of Lille (France) and an external examiner at The University of Cape Coast (Ghana).
He was the principal investigator of the federally-funded health information exchange program for the state of Illinois and has served as a visiting scholar in economics at the University of Chicago. His research papers are widely published in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Michael McCunniff is Professor Emeritus and former Department Chair of Dental Public Health & Behavioral Science and Director of Outreach programs at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry.
Dr. McCunniff earned his DDS degree from UMKC in 1983 and a specialty degree in Dental Public Health from the University Of Iowa, College Of Dentistry in 1995. He became board certified in Dental Public Health in 2003.
He began teaching full time in 1991 following eight years of private practice and being part-time clinical faculty.
